AGEMA is proud to have supported Doppio Malto in the complete refurbishment of its new restaurant, located within the shopping centre Cap 3000 in Nice (06).
This project marks the AGEMA’s fourth project in this iconic shopping centre, having already fitted out the shops Alain Afflelou, Only and Rituals. It perfectly illustrates our ability to tackle complex challenges in high-traffic environments.
A concept and a space designed to foster a friendly atmosphere
Doppio Malto, is a a real home where you can enjoy hearty Italian cuisine, sip cocktails after work, and get together for a game of table football, giant chess or pétanque. Doppio Malto takes place in an atmosphere that changes throughout the day: concerts, tournaments, themed evenings…
We therefore designed a layout that reflects their style, with a floor area of 500 m², complemented by a terrace of 300 m² offering a sea view exceptional. Designed to offer open spaces and a variety of atmospheres that capture the essence of Doppio Malto.
A project carried out with great care despite the challenges:

- Shift work and night work, in order to minimise the impact on business operations
- Strict requirements in terms of safety, cleanliness and crowd management
- Tight deadline, to ensure the restaurant opens in time for the peak summer season
Thanks to the commitment of our teams and to a close collaboration with Doppio Malto and the centre's management, the project has was delivered on time, with a high standard of finish.
