CERFRANCE Dordogne is a consulting and accounting firm dedicated to entrepreneurs and farmers in the department. With its strong local roots with 9 agencies in the department, CERFRANCE Dordogne supports companies at every stage of their development, offering tailor-made services in accounting, taxation, management, human resources, and business strategy. This new building, located in the heart of the “Créa Vallée Nord” business park near Périgueux, is equipped with:

• 21 offices
• 2 break/meeting rooms with a surface area of ​​27m² and 17m²
• 1 bicycle parking lot with 10 spaces
• 1 car park with 26 spaces, 8 of which have electric charging stations, as well as a disabled space. 

Our Agema Construction teams, present on site since April 2023, have proposed a “turnkey” solution ranging from project planning to delivery of the building.

Les équipes d’Agema Construction ont entamé depuis avril 2024 des travaux sur la zone d’activités commerciales « Les Romains » à Champcevinel (24).

Cette structure de plus de 2000m² à usage d’activités commerciales, est constitué de nombreuses cellules en rez-de-chaussée et au premier étage.

Réalisé en charpente métallique le bâtiment proposera des panneaux photovoltaïques en toiture.

Accessible depuis le rond-point, une zone de stationnement pour les véhicules motorisés et les vélos sera prévue devant le bâtiment.

AGEMA Agencement participated in the Retail Days of Deauville on September 30 and October 1, 2024, in the prestigious 5-star hotel, the Royal de Deauville.  This must-attend event brought together the main players in retail for two intense days.

The Retail Days were an excellent opportunity for our employees to participate in discussion workshops and hold individual interviews, where they could discuss issues and problems of the sector. These exchanges were very enriching and allowed to identify current trends and share innovative solutions.
