AGEMA réalise le Doppio Malto du centre commercial Nice Cap 3000 !

AGEMA is proud to have supported Doppio Malto in the complete refurbishment of its new restaurant, located within the shopping centre Cap 3000 in Nice (06).

This project marks the AGEMA’s fourth project in this iconic shopping centre, having already fitted out the shops Alain Afflelou, Only and Rituals. It perfectly illustrates our ability to tackle complex challenges in high-traffic environments.

A concept and a space designed to foster a friendly atmosphere

Doppio Malto, is a a real home where you can enjoy hearty Italian cuisine, sip cocktails after work, and get together for a game of table football, giant chess or pétanque. Doppio Malto takes place in an atmosphere that changes throughout the day: concerts, tournaments, themed evenings…

We therefore designed a layout that reflects their style, with a floor area of 500 m², complemented by a terrace of 300 m² offering a sea view exceptional. Designed to offer open spaces and a variety of atmospheres that capture the essence of Doppio Malto.

Nice (06), Nice Cap 3000 Shopping Centre

The AGEMA team designed and carried out the fit-out for the new Doppio Malto restaurant, located within the CCO Nice Cap 3000 shopping centre.

This project covers a total indoor area of 500 m², complemented by a 300 m² terrace offering stunning sea views.

The completion of this project required meticulous planning in the face of a number of constraints arising from the shopping centre’s high footfall:

Work carried out during off-peak hours and at night to minimise disruption to site operations
Strict compliance with requirements regarding safety, cleanliness and flow management
A tight deadline to ensure the venue opens in the height of the summer season

Thanks to close coordination with the shopping centre teams and close collaboration with Doppio Malto, we successfully completed this project on schedule.

Agema Construction, transforme l’Hôtel Le Chamois d’Or (Méribel)

Agema Construction general contractor for the project

The teams atAgema Construction, as general contractorhas been working since August 2024 to transform the Chamois d'OrThis ambitious project involves extending the 3-star hotel in Méribel (73), at the heart of the 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world. This ambitious project involves extending the hotel with 17 new rooms spread over three levels, each with a private balcony. Here's a look back at the three main stages of this remarkable project.

Stage 1: Site launch and preparatory work

An ambitious extension

Following an in-depth feasibility study and the production of plans, work on the extension began in August 2024. The project includes :

5 bedrooms on the ground floor,
6 bedrooms on the first floor (R+1),
6 bedrooms on the second floor (R+2).

With a total surface area of 360 m², each room will feature a private balcony, guaranteeing future guests a breathtaking view of the mountains.

A technical project

Located at an altitude of 1,600 m, the hotel is on a slope at the foot of the slopes. To ensure the stability of the foundations, the teams carried out deep earthworks to achieve a frost-free foundation, thus avoiding any risk of landslides.

Given the tight deadlines, the worksite is following a precise schedule: this initial phase had to be completed before the slopes opened, scheduled for 7 December 2024. The waterproofing of the building, essential before the onset of winter, was successfully completed.

Step 2: Meeting the time challenge

A race against time

In ski resorts, weather conditions and precise deadlines dictate the pace of the work. For the Chamois d'Or, the teams from Agema Construction, the general contractor, had just three months to deliver the 17 new rooms before the winter season opened.

In October 2024, the under-roofing was successfully installed using 2 m x 8 m prefabricated panels fixed to 15 m long structural purlins. This technical and meticulous work protected the site from the elements.

Winter safety

Before the snow arrived, the teams proceeded to make the building watertight and safe for winter storage. The aim was clear: to enable the hotel to open for the winter season while preparing for the rest of the works scheduled for 2025.

Stage 3: Towards full completion in 2025

A project completed on time

Despite technical and climatic constraints, the hotel managed to open its doors for the winter season. The Agema Construction teams completed this phase with the dismantling of the crane and the complete cleaning of the site.

Finishing work to come

The ski season ends on 22 April 2025, after which the teams will work on the finishing touches:

Installation of external joinery,
Under-roof cladding with slate,
Installation of wood cladding on the upper floors,
Natural stone facade finish.

Final delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025, marking the completion of this project.

Located in the heart of the shopping centre Neypic, with a surface area of 800 m², the first shop to be renovated by our teams was delivered last October. Every detail has been thought through to create a space that reflects the identity of the brand. Kave Home and showcases its collections.

The Kave Home shop in Toulouse

The second banner is ideally located for located at in Toulouse city centre, at 31 Rue de Metz. With a total surface area of 1,100 m² spread over two floors and a basement, the shop is enhanced by a magnificent glass dome, which bathes the spaces in natural light for a warm, immersive experience. Each area has been designed to showcase the emblematic collections and signature pieces from Kave Home.

A project by AGEMA Agencement

The shop JACK & JONESlocated at Saint Genis 2 shopping centre in Saint-Genis-Laval (69), covers a total surface area of 276 m², 239 m² of which is open to the public. The project has been designed to offer customers an immersive shopping experience.

In keeping with our client's brand charter, each stage of the project was carried out with rigour and professionalism. From studying the administrative file to carrying out the work (all trades), our AGEMA team was able to bring to life a space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and perfectly in keeping with our client's identity.
