The AGEMA team designed and carried out the fit-out for the new Doppio Malto restaurant, located within the CCO Nice Cap 3000 shopping centre.

This project covers a total indoor area of 500 m², complemented by a 300 m² terrace offering stunning sea views.

The completion of this project required meticulous planning in the face of a number of constraints arising from the shopping centre’s high footfall:

• Work carried out during off-peak hours and at night to minimise disruption to site operations

• Strict compliance with requirements regarding safety, cleanliness and flow management

• A tight deadline to ensure the venue opens in the height of the summer season

Thanks to close coordination with the shopping centre teams and close collaboration with Doppio Malto, we successfully completed this project on schedule.
